I had a pleasant stay at Smart Stay Shizuku Shinagawa-Oimachi. the facilities were truly superb. The onsen experience was relaxing, and I appreciated the abundance of toiletries provided. While the staff primarily spoke Japanese, the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. My capsule was a bit cramped but it was quiet enough for a good night's rest.

I had a pleasant stay at Smart Stay Shizuku Shinagawa-Oimachi. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from Oimachi Station, and I appreciated the clean and tidy environment (definitely a plus for a capsule hotel!). However, the English barrier was a bit of a challenge, though the staff did their best to assist. The amazing jacuzzi and sauna facilities were truly highlights of my visit.

I had a very comfortable stay at Smart Stay Shizuku Shinagawa-Oimachi, just before my flight. The facilities were superb, especially the onsens which were really nice. However, I found the capsule beds to be a bit firm for my liking. Also, while the staff was incredibly helpful, the language barrier was a slight challenge during check-in and check-out.
